We’re seeking a Marketing Officer with the following
qualifications:
- Education: M.Tech/B.Tech in Food Technology
- Experience: 2-3 years in the field

Location: Bangalore
Language Proficiency: English, Kannada, Hindi
Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and expand B2B customer relations within the segments of Bakery, Protein Industry, Snacks, Premix, Beverages, RTD, RTE, QSR, and online food businesses for both top and mid-level accounts in line with company sales policies.
- Spearhead the introduction of new ingredients and concepts to existing and potential customers, aiming to boost business growth.
Job Role:
- Manage organization sales to identify and address customer needs.
- Ensure strategic alignment between marketing/sales approach and business capabilities, connecting it to product/market segmentation, pricing, and positioning to deliver value-added solutions.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors’ strengths and weaknesses to better compete and provide superior service.
- Translate sales budgets into broader sales objectives with a focus on customer-centricity.
- Take direct responsibility for sales and customer experience.
- Drive sales by developing potential customers through concept selling and creating project pipelines for our ingredients.
- Collaborate across the organization to create unique value.
