Roles and Responsibilities
Implement the recruitment plan including sourcing
channel identification, selection techniques, offer
negotiations and improve Service Level Agreements(SLA)
Manage the sourcing channe-portals, direct and
employee referral programs
Ensure that the procedural requirements are met
dur ing the recruitment process
Implement new and enhanced recruiting and
selection processes/tools to drive efficiency and improve
quality of hires
Driven on given critical talent acquisition metrics
that can measure the quality, efficiency and overall cost of
Monitor and may conduct reference or background
checks on job applicants.
Schedule or conduct new employee orientations.
Administer employee benefit plans and offer a
compensation package to aspiring candidates based on
business goals and strategy.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure that necessary
employment termination paperwork is completed.
Education & Experience Requirements :
M.B.A. in HR/M.HRM/ PGDBM-HR/ Minimum
Graduate in any discipline
Must have at least 2 to 5 Years of experience in
Talent Acquisition function
Industry Preference: Open
Proven ability to close Niche positions and develop
