Position: Quality Control Officer – Grapes Export Packhouse
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Quality Control Officer to join our team at Monsoon Fresh and ensure the highest quality standards in fresh grape exports.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in packhouse operations and manpower management.
- Knowledge of grape export quality standards, MRL/residue limits, and international market specifications.
- Expertise in fresh grape quality assessment and defect identification.
- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications and export requirements.
- Ability to lead QC and production operations.
- Maintaining packhouse hygiene, discipline, GMP, and food safety practices.
- Practical experience with BRC, SMETA, and GLOBALG.A.P. audits.
Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience in grape export packhouse operations.
