Job Description:
We seek an experienced Production Manager to oversee and organize the manufacturing process, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. Your expertise in production procedures and ability to lead personnel towards optimal performance will be crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with other managers to set objectives and comprehend requirements.
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets.
- Streamline workflow to meet deadl ines and specifications.
- Monitor production to troubleshoot issues.
- Supervise and appraise the performance of production staff, including quality inspectors and workers.
- Assess necessary resources such as workforce and raw materials.
- Approve maintenance and equipment procurement.
- Ensure that output aligns with quality standards.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a production manager.
- In-depth knowledge of production management.
- Understanding of quality standards, health & safety regulations.
- Familiarity with performance evaluation and budgeting concepts.
- Track record in reporting key production metrics.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software.
- Excellent communication skills.
