Qualification :- Any Graduate, having MBA (HR) degree from reputed institute is must
Experience :- to 9 years
Salary :- 6 LPA -9 LPA
Details :- Helping the company meet its objectives by developing and implementing high impact learning and development programs.
Conducting organisation need analysis and create training plan.
Should have worked on competency mapping.
Should know how to create training calendar.
Should have good experience in shop floor training.
Individual should be good at communication.
Should be confident.
Should be good with presentation skill
Candidate should be willing to relocate or travel to Ranjangaon Plant 6 days a week.
