If you have a strong background in employee welfare management within large manufacturing organizations, including FMCG, Chemical, and Pharmaceutical sectors, this could be the perfect role for you. With a focus on maintaining harmonious relations between workers and management, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the well-being of our workforce.

Core Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between workers and management, addressing the interests of both parties.
Foster positive relationships between workers and the organization.
Efficiently manage worker-related complaints.
Provide valuable insights to factory management regarding internal labor management policies.
Advise workers on effective communication with stakeholders to optimize facility utilization.

Monitor worker health and safety, taking prompt action when required.
Ensure workplace amenities such as toilets, dining areas, medical centers, and child care facilities are well-maintained.
Vigilantly address cases of sexual harassment, ensuring swift resolution.
Offer counseling to mentally support workers facing challenges.
Advocate for workers’ needs within the organization.
Provide safety guidelines to prevent hazardous situations and raise fire safety awareness.
Maintain thorough records of welfare activities.
Organize training and awareness programs to prevent unlawful activities.
