Core Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between workers and management, addressing the interests of both parties.
- Foster positive relationships between workers and the organization.
- Efficiently manage worker-related complaints.
- Provide valuable insights to factory management regarding internal labor management policies.
- Advise workers on effective communication with stakeholders to optimize facility utilization.
- Monitor worker health and safety, taking prompt action when required.
- Ensure workplace amenities such as toilets, dining areas, medical centers, and child care facilities are well-maintained.
- Vigilantly address cases of sexual harassment, ensuring swift resolution.
- Offer counseling to mentally support workers facing challenges.
- Advocate for workers’ needs within the organization.
- Provide safety guidelines to prevent hazardous situations and raise fire safety awareness.
- Maintain thorough records of welfare activities.
- Organize training and awareness programs to prevent unlawful activities.
- Develop and promote best practices for a conducive production floor environment.
