Overview:
Are you passionate about the art of fermentation and distillation? Do you have a strong background in production management? DIAGEO India is looking for a dedicated Senior Executive to join our team in Nanded, Maharashtra. As a Senior Executive in Malt, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth production processes and adherence to our stringent safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in fermentation and distillation to oversee and implement production plans.
Identify and address any production-related issues swiftly and effectively.
Maintain accurate production records using SAP.
Uphold safety, quality, environmental, and security procedures in accordance with company standards.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize manufacturing schedules.
Propose solutions to enhance performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure production flows smoothly, maintain excellent housekeeping, and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards.
Lead shop floor meetings and rounds to enforce compliance with factory rules and standards.
Coordinate with maintenance executives as per the production plan.
Provide guidance and training to workmen to maintain uninterrupted production delivery.
Conduct daily safety, quality, and productivity toolbox talks on the shop floor.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills, communicating effectively across all levels within the plant.
Support continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives by leveraging technical knowledge and data analysis techniques.
Collaborative Approach:
Build and sustain collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners in distillation and fermentation, including technical specialists, project engineers, risk & governance teams, and procurement. Together, we’ll deliver comprehensive solutions to challenges, driving continuous improvement.
