Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Executive for our Distilling & Maturation department at DIAGEO India in Nanded, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fermentation and distillation processes, along with a proactive approach to production management.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute production plans, ensuring adherence to set procedures for safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Monitor and address production-related issues promptly, implementing necessary corrective actions.
Maintain accurate production records in SAP.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to optimize manufacturing schedules, minimizing downtime.
Identify and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, as well as quality management protocols.
Facilitate regular shop floor meetings and rounds to uphold factory rules, standards, and industrial safety practices.
Coordinate with maintenance executives to ensure smooth operations.
Provide guidance, training, and support to workmen to maintain uninterrupted production flow.
Conduct daily toolbox talks on safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

Exhibit strong interpersonal and leadership skills, effectively communicating across all plant levels.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging technical expertise and data analysis techniques.
Foster collaborations with cross-functional partners within distillation/fermentation to solve challenges comprehensively.
