Job Description:

Position: Packing Operator
Location: Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, India
Reporting to:

Shift Manager

Job Purpose:
As a Packing Operator, your main mission is to achieve maximum efficiency in our packing lines while upholding rigorous safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate at various positions on the Packing Line under the guidance of the shift leader.
Retrieve the right kibbles (Big bag/white bag) from the storage area.
Apply stickers to packages, outer cases, and clean sample bottles as required.
Perform line cleaning procedures on a weekly basis or as directed by the Shift Leader.
Continuously learn and develop various operational skills.
Participate in daily team meetings.
Follow all safety and quality procedures.
Actively engage in the improvement process.
Take responsibility for quality checks.
Work in compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
Implement standard safety processes and procedures.
Report issues and implement corrective actions.

Job Specifications/Qualifications:

Education: ITI qualification or higher, preferably in Electronics.
Strong communication skills.
Self-motivated and safety-conscious.
Solution-oriented mindset.
Team player with a results-oriented approach.
