Position: Quality Manager
Desired Profile:
Qualifications : Candidate must hold a Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Dairy Technology, Dairy Science, or Food Processing, with a background in Chemistry or Microbiology. M. Tech (DT) is a plus.
Experience : 8-15 years of experience in the dairy industry is required.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities.
Demonstrated integrity, with a keen focus on business improvement and innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the maintenance of high-quality standards for milk and milk products throughout the production process.
- Address and resolve quality-related complaints, proposing effective corrective actions.
- Maintain comprehensive records to adhere to statutory requirements.
- Strategize and execute quality control tests.
- Possess a thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and legal standards.
- Oversee plant audits efficiently.
- Provide guidance to the Production and Quality teams.
- Manage and control laboratory budgets effectively.
