Your Role at Wholsum Foods:
Are you ready to shape the future of data analytics within a dynamic startup? We’re seeking an enthusiastic and experienced individual to establish our central data analytics function. Reporting to the Head of our central Strategy and Innovation Team, you’ll be the first member of this function, affording you the opportunity to define the future of data analytics at Wholsum Foods. You’ll steer the strategic direction of our data analytics initiatives, champion data-driven decision-making, and play a pivotal role in driving business growth. This role is tailor-made for an innovative leader passionate about harnessing data to unearth valuable insights and propel innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct bench formulation work at Christy Foods lab.
- Evaluate and approve raw materials.
- Coordinate with Christy Foods & Rebala for line trials, recording data.
- Manage sample shipments to Corporate office.
- Work on Fill Tests and KLD (packaging dieline).
- Conduct moisture checks during line trials and initial production.
- Oversee the first production run.
- Perform random checks during Wholsum Foods production runs to ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Carry out online quality checks.
- Perform quality checks on raw materials and packaging materials.
- Verify Batch Mixing Records (BMR).
- Handle dispatches.
- Assist with production planning.
- Reconcile stock.
- Manage local transport when required.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. in Food Technology or Food Science preferred.
- Experience: 2-3 years in the food industry, particularly in formulation work.
