Position : Senior Quality Executive

Role Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Quality Executive to oversee and ensure the quality of our products and materials. This role involves inspecting packaging materials, analyzing raw materials and finished goods, and contributing to audits and report preparation. If you possess expertise in quality management systems, SOP development, and have a background in Quality Assurance within the Food Processing/FMCG industry, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of raw materials, intermediate blends, and finished goods, reporting findings to the unit head.
- Evaluate received packaging materials at various units and markets, reporting any discrepancies to the unit head.
- Collaborate with vendors to address non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee online quality control processes, including line startup/changeover and coordination with other departments in case of rejections.
- Manage calibration of lab equipment according to supplier guidelines, ensuring proper maintenance.
- Investigate and provide detailed reports on samples received due to customer/consumer complaints.
- Offer expertise in standardizing chemical reagents and lab calibration.
- Utilize quality tools to analyze non-conformities, proposing CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) where necessary.
- Support the quality manager in various quality-related tasks, including MIS report preparation and submission.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Post Graduate degree or equivalent, preferably in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Bio-technology, Food technology, or DIFAT.
- 3-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Systems within the Food Processing / FMCG industry, specifically in Distillery, Brewery, or Beverage sectors.
- Strong hands-on experience and deep understanding of quality management systems.
- Proven ability to develop and implement quality-related SOPs.
- Track record of contributing to quality improvement projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
