Masters student/graduate in Food Science technology or Food Engineering with practical laboratory experience and a good theoretical understanding.
Job Description:
Generation of new products ideas and recipes
• Modifying and improving existing recipes
• Designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on the large scale.
• Ensuring strict hygiene food safety standards are met.
• Testing and examining the samples
• Research current consumer markets and technologies to develop new product concepts.
• Prepare product costing based on raw materials and manufacturing cost to ensure profitable products.
• Writing reports
Experience:
1-2 years preferred experience in product development, research and scaling production management.
Preference:
We require Someone with prior experience in RTC & RTE products.
Salary:
Based on the eligibility, as per the market standards.
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
