Hiring – Pansari Group
Position: Quality Executive (Flour Category)
Location: Rohini Sec-16, Delhi
Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Industry Preference: FMCG / Flour / Food Processing
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and ensure quality standards of flour products (Atta, Maida, Suji, etc.)
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished goods
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards as per company and regulatory guidelines
- Handle lab testing, documentation, and quality reports
- Coordinate with production and procurement teams for quality improvements
- Identify and resolve quality issues in the production process
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science or related field
- Knowledge of quality control processes in flour or FMCG industry
- Familiarity with food safety standards (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
