Your role involves meticulous quality assessments of ingredients and finished products, as well as artistic touches like icing, glazing, fillings, and decorations to make our creations visually appealing. Managing customer orders, ensuring a clean workspace, and various tasks to guarantee customer satisfaction are also part of your responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine artisanal recipes.
  • Precisely measure and blend ingredients, using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to create a delightful range of baked goods, including cookies, bread, and cakes.
  • Present and decorate finished products with artistic flair.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of ingredients and final products to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Greet customers, provide recommendations, handle orders and payments, and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records related to deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
  • Collect customer information and ensure timely and precise deliveries.
  • Uphold cleanliness and replenish workstations, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for the next shift.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in communication, time management, and resource allocation.
  • Keen attention to detail, especially during quality evaluations of ingredients and products.
  • Basic math and computer skills.
  • Willingness to work independently or collaboratively to address challenges, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and craft exceptional baked goods.
  • Flexibility to accommodate customer demands, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical fitness to thrive in a bustling, high-temperature environment, involving standing, walking, bending, extensive use of hands and kitchen appliances, and the ability to lift heavy objects for extended periods.
