ELIGIBILITY :-
Ability to work independently
Graduate
Atleast One Year Experience in Agri/fin/Rural Development/Micro Finance
Around 22-30 Years
Local Resident and Proficiency of
Local Language
Basic technical knowledge
Good conversational and interpersonal
skills
Should be able to travel daily and meet
farmers in the villages
Should be able to relocate according to business needs
Should have a competitive attitude
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILUTIES :-
Onboarding
Disbursements
Collections and Depositing
Land Digitization
Application filing
Close new deals at a high rate
Build relationships with existing farmers
Travel throughout the territory and visit farmers on a recurring basis
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or farmer accounts
Represent the brand during all farmer and prospect interactions
Educate farmers on how products or services can benefit them financially
Apply for Food technologist internship
