Sr. Quality Control Executive
Gaba Enterprises – India is looking for an experienced Sr. Quality Control Executive to join our team in Sangrur, Punjab.
Location: Ubhawal Road, Sangrur, Punjab
Industry: FMCG / Food Production – Namkeen & Snacks
Experience: 6–7 Years
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in Namkeen & Snacks Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end QA & QC activities across production lines
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, food safety, hygiene & SOP standards
• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and finished products
• Ensure batch consistency, taste, shelf life and packaging quality
• Handle quality deviations, root-cause analysis and CAPA
• Supervise and train QC technicians and line inspectors
• Maintain QA/QC records, documentation and audit requirements

Candidate Profile
6–7 years of direct QC experience in Namkeen & Snacks Manufacturing
Strong knowledge of snack processing and frying parameters
Expertise in seasoning adherence and edible oil quality management
Knowledge of packaging integrity and shelf-life requirements
Working knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP and food safety systems
Strong analytical, leadership and communication skills
