Quality Assurance & Production Supervisor|Rage Coffee
Key Responsibilities: • Manage plant operations with a focus on Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost & Delivery
• Drive manufacturing excellence and TQM initiatives
• Ensure smooth production processes and follow industry best practices
• Coordinate with Operations, Marketing & Commercial teams on planned vs. actual production
• Conduct research and initiatives for quality improvement
• Monitor product packaging as per SOPs
• Ensure availability of manpower, raw materials and packing materials
• Support cost optimization and improve manpower/machinery utilization
• Lead and motivate team members while fostering a collaborative work environment
Ideal Candidate: Professionals with strong experience in Production, Quality Assurance, Plant Operations, Manufacturing Excellence and TQM.
