Manager – New Product Development|Del Monte Foods
What will you work on?
• Lead culinary-led product development and build an innovative NPD pipeline
• Develop products for leading domestic & international QSR customers
• Work closely with Key Accounts, Exports, Marketing and Food Service Chef teams
• Drive product formulation, ingredient selection, specifications and sensory evaluation
• Support stability testing, analytical evaluation and product optimization
• Manage multiple innovation projects, priorities and timelines
• Work on business continuity and continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
Experience: 10–12 years in NPD / Food Product Development
Education: B.Sc. / M.Sc. / M.Tech. in Food Technology
Preferred industry experience: Culinary Product Development
Sauces & Condiments
Seasonings
QSR / Food Service
Restaurant / Institutional customers
Experience developing products for large QSR or Food Service customers will be an added advantage.
