PepsiCo is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – SC Quality Control to lead Quality & Food Safety initiatives for its Foods business.
Key Responsibilities: • Drive Food Safety & Quality strategy aligned with PepsiCo policies. • Lead HACCP, allergen management, traceability, and compliance programs. • Ensure FSSAI compliance and act as Plant/WH/CEA nominee. • Provide technical leadership, SME support, and training across manufacturing sites. • Lead food safety audits, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support innovation by ensuring robust food safety systems and manufacturing capability.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering. 10–12 years of Supply Chain experience in the FMCG (preferably food) industry. 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Food Safety management. Strong knowledge of food manufacturing, quality systems, HACCP, and FSSAI. Lead Auditor certification in ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 is preferred.
