As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at our Mahuva, Gujarat facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end factory operations and production planning
Drive productivity, process improvements, and cost optimization
Ensure compliance with Food Safety, Quality, GMP, HACCP, and statutory requirements
Build and mentor high-performing production and support teams
Monitor production KPIs, inventory, maintenance, and dispatch coordination
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
We’re Looking For:
🔹 Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Food Technology, Operations, or a related field
🔹 10+ years of manufacturing experience, including leadership in a food processing environment
🔹 Strong knowledge of production planning, manpower management, quality systems, and operational excellence
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
