This role involves ensuring quality control of raw materials and packaging materials (RM/PM), ensuring compliance with FLI standards, and implementing food safety policies at the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality checks on RM/PM materials received at the plant to ensure compliance with FLI standards.
- Monitor RM/PM tests and report non-compliance, along with corrective action communication.
- Maintain detailed reports for internal communication.
- Conduct regular audits of RM/PM storage conditions and implement FIFO/FEFO practices.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of food safety policies.
- Implement quality control systems for vendors/suppliers.
- Manage GMP, GHK, GLP, and internal/external audits (HACCP, AIB, Personal Hygiene, Process audit).
- Work with vendors to analyze deviations, report failures, and follow up on corrective actions.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc / B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc in Food Technology.
