Position: QC Trainee/Officer – Food Technologist
Location: Mahuva, Gujarat, India
Kazmain Foods Pvt. Ltd., a leader in the manufacturing of dehydrated onion, garlic, and other vegetable products, is looking for a passionate and skilled Quality Control Officer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)
- Conduct sensory evaluations and microbiological testing
- Monitor allergen control and nutrition facts for food products
- Perform food safety auditing and ensure quality control processes are maintained
Skills Required:
- HACCP, GMP compliance
- Food safety auditing and sensory evaluation
- Microbiological testing
- Knowledge of allergen control and food quality standards
Qualifications:
- Food Technician or a relevant background in food technology
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the dehydration industry (Fresher candidates are also welcome)
