PRODUCTION MANAGER – DAIRY PRODUCTS (FMCG)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Factory-Based)
Experience: 5–8 Years
Salary: Up to ₹75,000 per month CTC

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager – Dairy Products to join our team at Chhaswala. If you have a strong background in dairy/FMCG products, product management, and manufacturing operations, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage dairy product portfolios.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Procurement, and Sales teams.
- Monitor product performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Support New Product Development (NPD) and product launches.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Analyze sales dat a and prepare product performance reports.
- Manage packaging, labeling, and branding activities.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Distribution teams to drive product growth.
- Optimize product profitability and operational efficiency.
- Maintain product specifications and process documentation.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Dairy/FMCG products.
Product management and market analysis skills.
Understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
