PepsiCo is looking for a highly motivated SC QC Coordinator to join our team in Kosi, Uttar Pradesh. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout our food production process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting stringent on-line quality checks and finished product inspections
- Monitoring raw materials and executing in-depth Cook Tests
- Ensuring compliance with Frito-Lay quality standards in both process and packaging areas
- Implementing food safety protocols and supporting GMP, GHK, GLP, HACCP & AIB audits
- Leading problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring timely documentation, reporting, and coordination with cross-functional teams
Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Food Technology
- 3-5 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the food industry
- Exposure to ISO, HACCP, AIB, and TPM systems
