Associate – Production | Schreiber Foods | Baramati, Maharashtra, India
Join our team at Schreiber Foods, a global leader in the dairy industry, as an Associate – Production. We’re looking for passionate and driven individuals with 2–5 years of experience in food or dairy technology to help us produce high-quality powders that meet customer expectations and global standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manufacture and process products as per specifications
• Minimize downtime and product loss while maximizing recovery
• Ensure hygiene, GMP, HACCP, and ISO compliance
• Coordinate with maintenance and milk pre-processing teams
• Maintain logs, reports, and manage shift handovers
• Handle CIP procedures and ensure equipment calibration
• Uphold EMS & OSHAS policies
Qualifications:
• Diploma/Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Technology, Dairy Tech, or Dairy Engineering
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO
• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
• Willingness to work in shifts with a proactive attitude
