We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Dairy Production to lead our production operations at our Ranjangaon plant. The role demands not only technical proficiency in dairy process technology but also strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
What We’re Looking For:
- B.Tech in Dairy Technology
- 6-10 years of experience in reputed dairy/FMCG setups
- Expertise in dairy product processing, food safety, compliance & team management
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma, TPM & continuous improvement tools
- Strong understanding of financials, audit compliance, and plant maintenance
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production teams ensuring safe and efficient operations
- Plan and implement production schedules, preventive maintenance, and audits
- Maintain hygiene standards and optimize process efficiencies
- Collaborate cross-functionally with QC, HR, Packaging & Marketing teams
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and ensure audit readiness
- Troubleshoot production challenges and support new line commissioning
