Now, we’re on the lookout for a Process-Driven, Hands-On R&D Chef to join our team in Bengaluru.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead R&D initiatives to craft new recipes and food products within cost targets
- Design and document culinary processes for production scalability
- Develop blast-freezing-friendly recipes and conduct shelf-life studies
- Optimize regeneration steps for end-users (restaurant partners)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with brand curation, marketing, and production teams
- Stay ahead of food trends, technologies, and sensory evaluation practices
What You Bring:
- Hotel Management degree (advanced preferred)
- 3+ years in culinary R&D, ideally in food manufacturing or hospitality
- Expertise in Indian cuisines and process standardization
- A creative yet analytical mindset for product innovation
- Strong communication and project management skills
