Position: QA/QC Executive – FMCG
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities: • Conduct routine quality checks and maintain QC documentation
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, GHP, SOPs & food safety standards
• Monitor hygiene and sanitation practices in production areas
• Perform temperature monitoring and cold chain verification
• Handle product sampling, testing, and coordination with laboratories
• Assist in internal and external audits
• Identify non-conformities and support CAPA implementation
• Maintain traceability and batch records documentation
