Experience Required
8+ years in Quality Assurance & Food Safety
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete QA & QC operations of the plant.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
- Handle audits, documentation, and food safety processes.
- Monitor product quality and drive process improvement initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints, CAPA, and quality inspections.
- Lead and mentor the quality team.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in the chocolate manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in Quality Assurance & Quality Control.
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Compliance standards.
- Audit handling and documentation management.
- Team management and process improvement.
