Quality Control Trainee – Frozen Food Manufacturing|Toss N Toast
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in monitoring product quality during production.
Perform basic quality inspections and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Support quality documentation and maintain quality records.
Monitor product temperatures and ensure adherence to food safety requirements.
Coordinate with Production and Warehouse teams to maintain quality standards.
Assist in internal audits and other quality-related activities.
Eligibility:
B.Sc./Diploma in Food Technology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Dairy Technology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control practices.
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
