Experience
11–13 years in Food R&D with strong expertise in Spices & Instant Mixes
Qualification
B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and commercialize new spice blends, seasonings, and instant mix products.
- Optimize formulations for taste, texture, shelf life, cost, and quality.
- Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations, and shelf-life studies.
- Drive product innovation through market and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with Production, QA, Procurement, and Marketing for successful product launches.
- Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, regulatory, and labeling requirements.
- Work with raw material suppliers for ingredient evaluation and development.
Required Skills
- Expertise in spice formulations, seasoning systems, and instant mixes.
- Strong knowledge of food processing, sensory evaluation, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent analytical, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
