As a Quality Executive, you will lead the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) process of the site’s quality management system and deliver results to the quality section manager.
Your Contributions
Support various aspects of the site’s quality system, managing internal documentation, change management, quality policy adjustments, and registration of internal and external documents. Conduct internal audits, facilitate effective PDCA cycles, manage the CAPA system, and perform management reviews. Coordinate the eQCMS bi-annual review, oversee consumer complaints from inception to resolution, and act as a primary liaison for food regulatory agency inspections and contact management.

Job Objective
- Focus on process control and line hygiene in microbiology, ensuring Mondelez GMP compliance.
- Ensure food safety and maintain consistent quality standards.
- Adhere to Mondelez Quality Policy.
Key Responsibilities
Product Safety
- Carefully and hygienically sample products.
- Conduct microbiological analysis of FG, EM & WIP.
- Establish a micro-safe environment within the plant.
- Monitor line samples to prevent FG rejection.
- Compare results with standard specifications.
- Manage third-party FG release, data entry, record maintenance, and NCs closure.
- Regularly submit Micro Reports to Head Office.
Machine Cleaning Efficiency
- Ensure hygienic sampling of equipment.
- Analyze equipment through microbiological techniques to detect pathogens.
- Record and report outcomes, discussing with relevant HOD for corrective action.
- Conduct machine swabs for comprehensive plant cleaning.
Contamination Source Monitoring
- Monitor and control water and plant environment contamination through samples.
- Monitor the Micro lab environment.
Ensuring Product Consistency
- Develop a sensory evaluation technique for tasting panel members.
- Maintain control samples and assess room infestation, checking samples weekly.
- Facilitate daily tasting exercises through the tasting panel.
- Evaluate periodic Quality Management Index (QMI).
- Display QMI trends on visual boards, address identified chronic issues.
- Follow up on sensory evaluation workshops.
- Evaluate Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
- Display Market complaints on visual boards to heighten operator awareness.
- Tasting panel for Environmental Monitoring (EM).
Quality Assurance
- Comply with Mondelez Personal Hygiene Policy.
- Adhere to Mondelez Quality Policy & GMP standards at production lines.
- Enforce Food Safety Standards.
- Establish and implement Rules & Procedures as required.
- Possess adequate Food Safety Knowledge for Micro lab Inventory Management.
- Expand the micro lab.
- Prepare new journals & manuals for micro lab enhancement.
- Monitor safety practices in the micro lab.
Food Safety System & Sensory Evaluation
- Drive Mondelēz Food Safety processes to monitor and control biological hazards.
- Ensure strict compliance with Environmental Monitoring and Microbiology (EMM) standards.
- Conduct sampling and testing to ensure food safety adherence.
- Conduct sensory evaluation of finished products for the day/shift.
- Review sensory results before product clearance.
Safety Measures
- Identify hazardous areas through WPl and ensure closure, minimizing risks.
- Raise awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards, reducing accidents.
- Provide necessary information, instructions, training, and supervision to casuals for safe operations.
Knowledge /Experience / Skill
Educational Qualification: Postgraduate in Food Microbiology
Experience required: 1 to 3 years
Industry: FMCG/Food Industry

Proficient in GMP/Food Safety Knowledge, excellent communication, and presentation skills, strong leadership qualities, proactive and innovative.
Person Profile:
