Role: Quality Executive
Experience: 2–4 Years

About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Quality Executive to ensure end-to-end quality assurance and food safety compliance across contract manufacturing units. The role involves audits, IPQC, CAPA management, product inspections, and maintaining high-quality standards for bakery products.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct operational quality checks and inspections
Ensure product compliance before dispatch
Manage CAPA, RCA, and non-conformance tracking
Conduct GMP/GHP audits at manufacturing units
Maintain quality consistency across batches
Support timely dispatch while maintaining food safety standards
Who Should Apply? Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Microbiology or related field
2–4 years of experience in bakery or FMCG manufacturing
Strong knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP & GHP
Hands-on experience in audits, IPQC & CAPA
