DEM DFM Foods Limited is looking for passionate and driven professionals to join our Operations Excellence team at Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
📍 Location: Noida / Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India
Role: Operations Excellence
Key Responsibilities: • Drive Lean & Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Implement Lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, Standard Work & Waste Reduction
• Lead CI projects to improve OEE, throughput, quality & cycle time
• Conduct time-motion studies, bottleneck & capacity analysis
• Develop SOPs and support digital dashboard implementation
• Track plant KPIs such as OEE, Productivity, MTTR, MTBF, Yield & Scrap %
Qualifications: • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
