Role: New Product Development Specialist (Food Technology)
Experience: 1+ Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in relevant field
Key Responsibilities: Lead R&D projects to support business goals
Develop and improve food products based on market trends
Conduct product testing, trials, and quality assessments
Collaborate with Marketing & Operations teams
Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO standards
Research innovative technologies and manufacturing processes
Maintain documentation and oversee quality assurance activities
Preferred Skills: Experience in Food Research & Development
Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, GMP & GHP
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Excellent multitasking and project management abilities
