We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with 7–10 years of expertise in Quality, Technical, and Food Safety Management within the food manufacturing industry.
Location: Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu, India
Key Responsibilities: Lead factory-level quality and food safety systems Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, IFS, SQF, and regulatory requirements Manage quality assurance and quality control operations Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen, 5S, and Lean methodologies Oversee audits, inspections, risk assessments, and customer quality programs Develop and implement quality objectives aligned with business strategy Maintain document control systems and regulatory compliance
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Processing, Chemical Engineering, or related field HACCP, ISO, or equivalent Food Safety/Quality certifications preferred Internal/Lead Auditor certification is an advantage
Skills Required: Strong knowledge of food safety management systems Audit and regulatory compliance expertise Leadership and change management capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Fluency in English and Tamil
