Rebel Foods is looking for a Quality Assurance & Quality Control Executive to join their team in Mumbai (Western Line).
Location: Mumbai (Field Role) Working Days: 6 Days a Week Experience: 6 Months – 1.5 Years
Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and maintain food safety & hygiene standards • Train kitchen teams on SOPs and quality standards • Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and internal audits • Conduct quality checks of raw materials and products • Handle customer complaints through RCA & CAPA • Analyze quality performance metrics across regions • Travel across Mumbai locations for quality audits and inspections
Eligibility: • Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance • Background in the food industry is mandatory • Knowledge of FSSAI regulations • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint • Strong communication skills • B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field
