Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India
Role: Production Executive (NCR PC)
Experience: 2–3 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology or a related field
What You’ll Do:
Manage daily production operations to ensure productivity and efficiency
Monitor yield, wastage, product variance, and run-time performance
Maintain inventory using FEFO/FIFO methodologies
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, GHP, HACCP, and quality standards
Conduct pre-operational checks and monitor production quality metrics
Lead, train, and develop production teams for improved performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Kaizen methodologies
Track and report daily production metrics and team performance
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production tracking
Knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, GMPs, and food safety practices
Experience in food production or FMCG manufacturing environments
