Milk Mantra Dairy Pvt Ltd is currently seeking an accomplished Executive/Sr. Executive in Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team.

Role: Executive/Sr. Executive – Quality Assurance

Location: Sambalpur and Gop Plant

Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Dairy & Food Technology, BSc/MSc candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Experience: 1-5 Years in Dairy, Beverage, and Food Industry

Remuneration: Commensurate with Industry Standards

Responsibilities:

Ensure rigorous quality control measures are implemented across the production process.
Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs.
Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
Participate in the development and execution of corrective and preventive actions to address quality discrepancies.

Assist in the creation and maintenance of quality documentation, including SOPs and quality manuals.
Uphold a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards.
Support the training and development of team members to enhance quality awareness.
Actively engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Participate in audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance with regulatory requirements.
