Job Opportunity: Quality Assurance Associate
Location: Delhi NCR
Qualification: B Tech in Food Technology/Agriculture
Experience: 0-2 Years (Retail eCommerce Supply Chain)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the handling and packaging of fresh products during operations.
- Ensure safe handling during distribution to minimize damage.
- Ensure food safety, process quality, and hygiene at the MDC.
- Manage and reduce quality complaints related to fresh products.
- Maintain Process KPIs (Quality) as per requirements.
- Coordinate with all internal stakeholders for day-to-day activities.
- Oversee monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes that impact product quality.
- Ensure compliance with all processes as per SOPs.
