Aabhushan Agro is looking for a dedicated QA Specialist to join our growing vegetable processing unit.
As a QA Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, hygiene, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitor and enforce quality control procedures throughout the production process
• Conduct regular inspections, audits, and testing to ensure food safety and quality
• Maintain documentation in compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, ISO, and other relevant standards
• Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to resolve quality-related issues
• Train plant staff on Hygiene, GMP, and SOPs
• Investigate customer complaints and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in QA within the food/vegetable processing industry
• Sound knowledge of FSSAI regulations, HACCP principles, and GMP
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
