PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
SCANDALOUS Foods (ADITOF Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a hands-on Production Executive to join our manufacturing team in Nashik, Maharashtra.
We’re building a one-stop shop for popular Indian mithais with 6-month shelf life, packed in convenient 95 g single-serve cups for the HORECA ecosystem—hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, and Q-commerce players.
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month, based on aptitude & experience
Experience: 2–4 years in food production

What You’ll Do
• Execute daily production schedules across sweets/mithai lines
• Manage manpower, machines, and material issues on the production floor
• Track yields, wastage, and downtime and continuously improve them
• Coordinate with QC, stores, and dispatch for smooth operations
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and 5S compliance every shift
• Manage a team of approximately 15–40 workers per shift
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma/Degree in Food Technology / Production
• 2–4 years of experience on a food production floor
• Experience in sweets, dairy, or bakery preferred
• Institutional kitchen, flight kitchen, or food manufacturing experience is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset
• Someone who takes ownership and believes in a solutions-first approach
