Lazito Foods, a global premium frozen food brand, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and optimize manufacturing operations at its Frozen French Fries Production Facility in Ambala, Haryana.
Experience Required: • Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Frozen French Fries Manufacturing
• Experience managing production lines of 1 TPH or above
• Strong expertise in production planning, yield management, process optimization, and team leadership
Mandatory Industry Experience: Candidates must have current or prior experience in a Frozen French Fries Manufacturing Company with hands-on knowledge of: • Potato Receiving & Grading
• Steam Peeling Operations
• Cutting Operations
• Blanching Process
• Drying Process
• Frying Operations
• IQF Freezing
• Packaging Operations
• Cold Storage Management
• Yield Improvement & Cost Control
Key Responsibilities: • Manage complete French Fries production operations from raw potato to finished goods dispatch
• Achieve production targets and improve line efficiency
• Monitor yield, productivity, and wastage control
• Lead supervisors, operators, and shop-floor teams
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, BRCGS, and food safety standards
• Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams
• Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
Qualification: • B.Tech / B.Sc in Food Technology, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields
Note: Candidates from bakery, dairy, beverages, namkeen, snacks, confectionery, or other food industries without French Fries manufacturing experience will not be considered.
