PepsiCo is hiring for the position of Senior Manager – Quality in Guwahati, Assam.
Location: Guwahati, Assam, India
Key Responsibilities: • Lead Quality & Food Safety initiatives across the Foods business. • Develop and execute food safety strategies aligned with business objectives and PepsiCo Food Safety Policies. • Ensure HACCP plans, allergen management programs, and traceability systems are effectively implemented. • Provide technical leadership, training, and SME support to manufacturing sites. • Drive continuous improvement through food safety audits, corrective actions, and risk management. • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, ingredient testing, water quality requirements, and finished product specifications. • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to maintain world-class quality and food safety systems.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in FMCG, preferably the food industry. • Lead Auditor Certification in ISO 22000/FSSC 22000 is preferred. • Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes and quality management systems. • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
