About the Job
Wellversed is looking for a Production Floor Manager with a background in Food Technology. This role is based in Gurugram, and involves overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing and Hygiene Practices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Develop production plans in alignment with the weekly and daily demand schedule.
Coordinate with the sourcing team to request necessary ingredients for production.
Create and maintain checklists for floor maintenance, hygiene, and machinery upkeep.
Manage and monitor production staff to ensure availability and smooth operations on the floor.
Record daily, weekly, and monthly data on production input, output, wastage, and work-in-progress.
Ensure strict adherence to production processes as set by the R&D team.
Implement and ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) on the production floor.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain and Quality Assurance.
