Are you a results-driven sales leader with a passion for global markets? We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead and expand our international business footprint across the Middle East, Europe, USA, Africa, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the international sales team to drive revenue growth
• Develop and execute global market expansion strategies
• Identify and manage distributors, importers, and channel partners
• Own export sales targets, profitability, and long-term business growth
• Handle global accounts and build strong customer relationships
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless export operations
• Monitor payments, documentation, and order fulfillment
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity
• Conduct sales reviews and mentor team members
• Represent the company at international trade fairs and exhibitions

Must-Have: 10–15 years of sales experience
Minimum 5+ years in international/export sales
Experience managing teams (5+ members preferred)
Strong exposure to global buyers/importers
Excellent negotiation and business development skills
Willingness to travel internationally

Strong Advantage: Experience in Basmati Rice / Food Export / FMCG / Agri Commodities
Existing global buyer network
Experience handling large export portfolios
Exposure to private label / bulk exports

We’re looking for someone who owns numbers, builds markets (not just manages them), leads with accountability, and thinks commercially.
