I am excited to share that I have applied for the position of QC Associate at PepsiCo, Patiala.
With a background in Food Technology and hands-on experience in RM/PM quality checks, I have developed a strong understanding of food safety systems, QA processes, and GMP practices. My experience includes conducting quality inspections of raw and packaging materials, ensuring compliance with acceptance/rejection criteria, and maintaining high standards of finished product quality and safety.

I have been actively involved in monitoring RM/PM testing, identifying non-compliance, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with vendors and internal teams. I am also experienced in maintaining accurate documentation, preparing quality reports, and ensuring adherence to systems like FIFO/FEFO and allergen control.
In addition, I have worked on implementing food safety policies, supporting audits (HACCP, AIB, process audits), and maintaining lab standards including GLP, calibration of equipment, and hygiene checks. Ensuring proper lab inventory and avoiding stock-outs has also been a key part of my responsibilities.
