MANAGER – QUALITY ASSURANCE|Hamma Foods
Position
Manager – Quality Assurance (QA)
Employment: Full-Time | Permanent
Experience: 12–15 Years
Key Requirements
• Currently working in a managerial role in a reputed Ice Cream or Dairy company
• Strong knowledge of FSSAI and Legal Metrology regulations
• Hands-on experience with laboratory instruments, analysis & calibration
• Experience in HACCP, GMP & ISO 22000 implementation
• Expertise in Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA & ISO documentation
• Knowledge of Microbiology and Quality Control processes
• Ability to manage QA activities and train cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi & English
Qualification
Diploma / B.Tech in Food Technology, Dairy Technology or M.Sc. in Food Technology, Microbiology or Dairy Technology
